At FeralFam, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. However, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all FeralFam products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect, printing error, or product damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at feralfam@yahoo.com. Be sure to include:
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the problem
• Your order number
We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please reach out so we can investigate and assist.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or lost items. We do not refund orders for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size (please refer to our sizing guide before ordering)
