🔥 Mila: Featured ATHLETE 🔥

Fitness has been a lifelong passion for Mila, but after becoming a mother in 2007, she began pursuing athletic competition with renewed purpose. Over the years, she has competed across a wide range of disciplines, including endurance running, NPC figure competitions, CrossFit, and equestrian sports.

As an endurance athlete, she achieved impressive results in trail races, marathons, and ultramarathons, including multiple overall female podium finishes. She also made her mark in the CrossFit community, placing 5th worldwide in the 2012 CrossFit Open Workout 12.1.

After stepping away from CrossFit competition for more than a decade, she returned to the competition floor in February 2026, competing in both the individual and team divisions at the Fittest of the Coast competition. At the same time, she embraced a completely new challenge (horseback riding) and recently completed her first horse show in the Cross Rails division with her pony, Fluffy.

Today, her goals are centered on continued growth. In CrossFit, she is focused on building strength and improving weaknesses in her competition performance. In riding, she is refining technical skills and working toward advancement into higher divisions.

What keeps her motivated is the process itself. She finds fulfillment in seeing hard work pay off, pushing through challenges when others might quit, and appreciating the journey that comes with athletic growth. As a coach and trainer, she is equally inspired by the people around her, valuing the relationships she builds and the opportunity to help others achieve their goals.

Her story is a reminder that competition isn’t just about results…it’s about continuing to learn, grow, and challenge yourself at every stage of life.
